Sponsors are the primary beneficiaries that have allowed this enterprise to continue for the last year. If you wish to help support the free public events, the research and recording activities of this project, there is now a simple and secure way to do it. So far 95% of the cost and 100% of the delays of this on-going documentary project have been borne by me personally.

While T-shirt and DVD offerings nominally help defray expenses they are primarily publicity devices designed to help educate and encourage participation of the both race fans and the general public today and the racers and spectators of the past. These are the individuals from the Fox Valley who played a role in this great local, Midwestern story of the 50's. Collected together they are best summed up as, The Era of the Oswego Dragway 1955-1979. Thanks.

For the many people who have already made time for me to interview and record their stories I also say, like Bob Hope did, thanks for the memories.

In the course of doing research I have tried to track down all the names of people I have been given. My contact list is now way over 1,250 individuals.

My goal remains first and foremost to create a documentary worthy of the actual story and the people who lived it. At the same time I hope to share this amazing story with not only the racing community but also the general public via private screenings, local and national television and eventually at US film festivals like Sundance. Since drag racing is an international sport, hopefully the story will gain some international press.

And a book is also in the works. To learn more give me a call. Thanks.

There are a number of events coming up for those who would like to be associated with a unique, high-profile, and regional or multi-county project too.
